30-day money-back guarantee

ConsentSol (trading as "ConsentHub") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date or renewal charge.

How to request a refund

All sales are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@consentsol.com and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the customer portal or your Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until its end date. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case-by-case at our discretion, particularly for accidental renewals reported promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster and more fairly than the card network dispute process.
