Create a free AssentRepo account
Sign up with Google or email. You'll land in the dashboard.

Add your Shopify store as a site
Click ‘New site', enter your store name and allowed origin (e.g. https://acme.myshopify.com and your custom domain). You'll get a site key that starts with chub_.

Enable the AssentRepo app embed
In Shopify admin: Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds. Switch on ‘AssentRepo consent banner', paste your site key into its setting and click Save. No theme code editing.
